Did you know that Strassburger Tile Perfection can provide industry-leading grout colour sealing services? With a 5-year warranty, our team will come to your residence or business and perform an alkaline scrub and stream clean extraction. This is done to prep the floor for the permanent colour seal. The seal will creates an impervious barrier between the existing grout and the elements (soil, protein, urine, etc.), just like your ceramic or porcelain tile face.
This permanent colour seal does not stain, which means it’s just a matter of mopping the floor to remove the soil. Until this technology came along soil would soak into the grout channels and stain the grout. We supply the client with their first gallon of PH neutral cleaning solution concentrate. Once they mop their tile floors with the concentrate mixed with water, the floor comes back to new every time.
When a client signs up for 5-Year Grout Colour Seal Warranty they are freeing themselves of scrubbing their floor. The warranty is a 5-year, no-questions-asked warranty. If a customer is having problems getting the soil off the colour seal, we can either walk them through it over the phone or visit the customer in person. If ever the product fails due to installation, we will fix it free of charge no questions asked.
Some clients may wish to add a tile and grout maintenance plan. As part of this plan, our team will professionally clean your tile and grout floors on an annual basis. For those who are diligent about mopping your tile floors, we have an endless supply of neutral cleaner so you will never run out. Just bear in mind that if the floor is scrubbed too much, the seal will slowly begin to wear. To prevent this from happening, follow our mopping instructions.

This premium grout sealant process can be completed with marginally more time than a traditional penetrating grout sealant application.
