Grout, being a porous material, gets infiltrated with dirt and grime over the years. To get a thorough clean, we use a process we have honed to perfection. First, we perform an alkaline degreasing followed by the use of a spinner tool. The spinner tool is a self-contained system that uses an application of high-pressure boiling water to purge the pores of dirt. The spinner tool has 300 ft. of pressure hoses and vacuum hoses and is powered by our own power supply, allowing us to go anywhere. We also have smaller, portable machines to use if you are located in a high rise building.
