This cleaner is specially designed with the right pH balance to deeply clean your tile & grout surfaces without damaging it, as other floor cleaners can do.
Neutral floor cleaners will not leave an oily residue like high pH cleaners or crystalline residue like low pH cleaners. Using these opposing pH cleaners will require a final neutral wash to remove these residues.
